Milprep offers specialized military training plans, customized nutrition guidance, personal coaching, group activities, and mental toughness training. Our programs are tailored specifically for each military function, such as infantry, artillery, medics, navy, air force, and more—ensuring targeted and effective preparation.

Absolutely. Milprep is open to anyone who wants to train with purpose, build discipline, and become physically and mentally stronger—whether or not they plan to enlist. Our programs are inspired by military principles, but they’re designed to benefit anyone striving for structure, resilience, and personal growth.

Milprep is an independent organization and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially supported by the Belgian Defence or any of its branches.

No prior fitness experience is required—our training programs are tailored specifically to your current fitness level, helping you build strength and resilience progressively.

Training durations vary based on your chosen program and personal goals, but typically range from 3 to 6 months. We also offer ongoing support and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and readiness.
